Ona bir süpriz yapmak geldi içimden. Her sabah ablam bana kahvaltı hazırlardı. Ama bu sabah ben hazırlıycaktım. Ablam bana genellikle tost yapıp yanınada çay koyardı. Bende daha vitaminli şeyler koymak istedim. Benim hazırladığım kahvaltıda meyve çayı, peynir, zeytin, bal, domates, salatalık gibi sağlıklı şeyler vardı. İnsan kaç yaşında olursa olsun kahvaltı etmeden hiç bişey yapmamalı. Ayrıca sizlere çok sık tarif yazamamamın sebebi yepyeni tariflere odaklanmış olmam. Umarım tariflerim sizin için yeterince pratik ve lezzetlidir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuzlu Kek İçin Malzemeler:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 yumurta&lt;br /&gt;3 bardak un&lt;br /&gt;Bir adet kabak&lt;br /&gt;1 paket kabartma tozu&lt;br /&gt;250 gr yoğurt&lt;br /&gt;1 tatlı kaşığı tuz&lt;br /&gt;Yarım bardak çiçek yağı&lt;br /&gt;250 gr kaşar loru&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuzlu Kekin Yapılışı:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bunların hepsini bir kasede karıştıralım. Tepsimizi yağlayalım ve üzerine karıştırdığımızn malzemeleri döküp fırına verelim. Orta dereceli fırında yaklaşık 20-25 dk pişirelim. İstediğimiz şekilde dilimleyip servis yapabiliriz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Susurluk Ayranı İçin Malzemeler&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 çorba kaşığı yoğurt&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı su&lt;br /&gt;Yeterli tuz&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Susurluk Ayranının Yapılışı:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bir kaba suyumuzu ve yoğurdumuzu kaoyalım. Üzerine tuzumuzu ekleyelim. Bir mikser yardımıyla karıştıralım. Eğer bir mikseriniz yoksa bir mutfak robotu ile veya bir kavonoz ile yapıla bilir. Sadece kaşıkla yeniliyormuş. Kandil gecesinde sizlerle paylaşayım istedim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı süt&lt;br /&gt;1 paket margarin&lt;br /&gt;5 kaşık zeytinyağı&lt;br /&gt;1 çorba kaşığı tuz&lt;br /&gt;1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu&lt;br /&gt;1 çorba kaşığı şeker&lt;br /&gt;1 yumurta sarısı&lt;br /&gt;1 yumurta akı&lt;br /&gt;1 tatlı kaşığı mahlep&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kg un&lt;br /&gt;Çörekotu&lt;br /&gt;Susam &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Unu eleylim. Ortasına ılık sütü, oda sıcaklığında margarini, yumurta sarısını, zeytinyağını, tuzu, şekeri ve kabartma tozunu koyalım. Ele yapışmayacak kıvamda bir hamur yapalım. Eğer ele yapışıyorsa biraz un ilave edebiririz. Hamuru 15 dakika dinlendirelim. Hamuru ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalara ayıralım. Elimizle hamuru 10 cm.'lik çubuk şeklinde uzatalım. İki ucunu birleştirerek simit şeklini verelim. Hazırladığımız simitlerin üzerine yumurta akını sürelim. Simitlerin yarısına çörekotu serpelim. Kalan yarısına ise susam serpelim. Sonra da dörde ayıralım.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Çikolatalı kek: 3 yumurtayı, 3 su bardağı unu, 1,5 su bardağı şekeri, bir paket kakaoyu, vanilin ve hamur kabartma tozunu karıştırıp fırına verelim. Çıkınca bir su bardağı ile yuvarlak yapalım. Kaynadıktan sonra patateslerin kabuklarını soyalım. Patateslerimzi geniş ve az derin bir kaba koyalım ve bir çatal yardımıyla ezelim. Üzerine tereyğını katıp tereyağını eritelim. Bir rendeyle kaşarlarımızı rendeleyelim. Hepsini karıştıralım. Şimdi toplarımızı yapalım. Topları yapmak için biraz patatesi elimize alıp yuvarlayalım. Şimdi sırayla kekik, kırmızı pul biber ve naneyi tek tek topların üstüne dökelim. Sizler için her güne bir tarif hazırladım. işte bu da benim ikinci tarifim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mozaik Pasta&lt;br /&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;br /&gt;2 paket bisküvi&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı süt&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı toz şeker&lt;br /&gt;1 paket kakao tozu&lt;br /&gt;1/2 paket margarin&lt;br /&gt;1 adet poşet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;br /&gt;   Önce 2 paket bisküviyi derin bir kaba kıralım. Sonra bir tavada margarini eritelim. Ardından bir bardak sütü ilave edip kariştıralım. Daha sonra bir bardak toz şekeri ilave edelim. Çok iyi karıştıralım. Şeker iyice erisin. Sonra da bir paket kakaoyu ilave edelim ve çok iyi karıştıralım. Sonra karıştırlıklarımızı kırdığımız bisküvilerin üzerine dökelim ve bisküvilerle karıştıralım. Poşetimizi ikiye ayıralım. Mümkün ise poşet büyük olsun ki pastamız rahatlıkla sığsın. Pastamızı içine dökelim ve istediğimiz şekli verelim.pastamızı poşetle her tarafını kapattıktan emin olalım. Ardından buzluğa pastamızı koyalım. Hiç bekletmeden ilk tarifimi veriyorum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Elmalı Cevizli Bohça&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;br /&gt;3 adet elma&lt;br /&gt;1 yumurta&lt;br /&gt;ceviz&lt;br /&gt;tarçın&lt;br /&gt;karanfil&lt;br /&gt;pudra şekeri&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Elmaların kabuklarını soyup, rendeleyelim. Tencereye koyup üzerine toz şeker serpelim ve 5 dakika pişirelim. Ceviz, tarçın ve karanfili karıştıralım. Elmalar soğuyunca cevizli karışımla karıştıralım. Elmalı karışımı 1 milföy hamurunun içine koyup bohça gibi kapatalım. Üzerlerine çırpılmış yumurta sarısı sürüp, kızgın fırında pişirelim.
